Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded business based in the Kelvedon area – actively recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join its friendly supportive team.

As a small team, you may be asked to be flexible with working hours.

This is a part-time role for 3 days per week. It is initially office-based, with the potential to work hybrid, but it will be mainly office-based once familiarity with the role and business has been established.

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail and record-keeping
  • A great organiser and planner with the ability to multitask
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience working with Email Marketing Systems
  • Experience in managing social media channels
  • Experience in creating and managing digital assets

Duties include:

  • Responsible for incoming calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Providing product/price information as requested
  • Updating and maintaining Brevo Email & CRM databases
  • Communicating product/company news using LinkedIn
  • Referring customers to the best product when required
  • Communicating product/company news using Facebook and Instagram
  • Booking stands and arranging furniture, lighting, catalogue etc.
  • Arranging quotes and transportation to the site
  • Responding to press enquiries
