Just Temps seeks an ISO Coordinator Admin for a prestigious company based in Ipswich.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & 13485 and other relevant quality management standards.
- Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist in internal and external audits, preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support process improvement initiatives and facilitate training on ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Experience required:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 13485 standards and quality management systems.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing or quality-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
About the role:
- Maintain and manage company records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Quality Departments.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes.
- Assist with procurement, supplier communications, and office management.
- Manage databases, filing systems, and internal documentation control.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
