This is a temp-to-perm opportunity role!

Hours of work:

• September to February: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Customer service excellence: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring each interaction is smooth and positive.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions, while also ensuring the business aligns with ethical and customer-focused principles.
