Just Recruitment is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Solution Analyst to join a company based in Braintree.

You will assist in the development and maintenance of QlikSense applications, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in data analytics reporting on sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for QlikSense applications.
  • Assist in the design and development of QlikSense dashboards and reports.
  • Support data modelling and integration tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of QlikSense applications.
  • Document processes and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings with our global team and contribute to project discussions.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with QlikSense or similar data visualisation tools (internships or project experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
