Just Recruitment is working with a long-standing and growing organisation based on the outskirts of Sudbury—actively seeking a Customer Adminstrator to join its team.

Please note: due to location, you must have access to your own transport.

You will be responsible for supporting all administration and customer service duties—supporting the customer journey through the business.

Duties include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues
  • Resolving incoming queries
  • Record keeping and updating internal systems
  • Inputting costing and processing invoice details
  • Ensuring all office duties are completed as required
  • Answering calls and responding to enquiries
  • Assisting in terms of general business support

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
