Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an Administrator to its team based in Haverhill.

You will be responsible for working in a busy office environment, answering incoming calls, dealing with emails and supporting the wider team.

Duties include:

  • Organising paperwork for new contracts and renewals
  • Arranging site takeover surveys
  • Processing new customer details on the internal system
  • Replenishing stock for Warehouse (and stationery cupboard)
  • Checking insurance documentation for Sub Contractors
  • Arranging relevant access and paperwork for bookings
  • Submitting payments for invoicing
  • Emailing service report to Customer

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
