The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the operations of a production area, ensuring it runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The goal is to deliver the production plan while adhering to agreed budgetary and service level targets.

Additionally, the role involves working with the Operations Manager to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure customer requirements are consistently met.

In order to be considered for this role, you need to have the following experience and requirements:

• Experience in managing a team of employees in a diverse and pressurised environment
• Experience in managing a team to deliver production plans with products with short shelf-life and requiring intensive labour usage
• Proven experience in successfully managing a team including performance management, conduct, adherence to company policies and procedures including disciplinary, grievance and attendance issues
• Ability to clearly communicate and build a strong and effective team
• You will also be self-motivated and highly resilient — ideally have experience in a demanding retail or similar customer base

Working hours are:

6am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 6am to 3pm on Friday
Overtime is available if wanted.

Key duties include:

• Analyse usage, traffic and sales data and make strategic recommendations

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and experience:

• Direct and meaningful experience with E-Commerce platforms, ideally Shopify and Amazon
• Practical experience in the configuration and build of E-Commerce platforms — ideally you will be able to undertake at least the basic configuration processes
• A good understanding of the challenges of the global expansion of the company’s E-Commerce strategy, including meeting localised legal requirements, currency issues, language and localised fulfilment
• Ability to build a global digital marketing strategy designed to drive sales
• A good understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC and Social Media integrations
• Ideally, you will have experience working with other online sales channels and marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten and Flipkart
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or B2C product marketing
• Excellent analytical and financial skills
• A keen creative eye and attention to detail
• A team player
• Ability to work to demanding deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

This role is office-based from Monday to Thursday — with the ability to work from home on a Friday.

Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday.
