Production Operative

We are delighted to be working with a well-established business on the outskirts of Colchester, who are looking to welcome a Production Operative to their existing team.

Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will work closely with the wider team to meet production targets, maintain high standards and ensure customer orders are completed and delivered on time.

You will come from a manufacturing or production background – used to handling large, heavy products, although candidates with no experience and a great attitude will be considered.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis:

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 1:30pm – 10:00pm

Overtime is available to meet business needs.
