We are delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing business based in Sale, South Manchester.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their friendly team, providing administrative and operational support across several areas of the business.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining administration, logistics coordination, basic accounts support, order fulfilment, and day-to-day operational assistance. You will be proactive, adaptable, and enjoy being involved in different aspects of a growing business.
Key responsibilities:
• Providing general administrative support across the business.
• Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts administration.
• Coordinating deliveries and logistics.
• Packing and preparing customer orders.
• Maintaining accurate and organised records and systems.
• Supporting day-to-day operational and office tasks as required.
About you:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to manage a variety of tasks.
• Calm, reliable, and professional in approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Previous administration experience preferred.
• Experience within accounts, logistics, fulfilment, or operations would be advantageous.
This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with full-time hours being 40 hours per week.
