We are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing company based in Witham to recruit a Yardperson (Forklift Driver) to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Arranging customer deliveries, ensuring the correct goods are dispatched using company delivery vehicles.
• Picking customer orders ready for delivery and assist with loading delivery vehicles.
• Monitoring and replenishing stock levels, raising orders with suppliers when required.
• Locating and organising goods within the warehouse.
• Completing all relevant paperwork accurately.
• Ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintaining an organised and efficient working environment.

Key skills and requirements:
• A motivated individual with the ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach to work.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can be busy and noisy.
• A current, valid forklift truck license.
