The role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by converting quotations into confirmed orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will build strong relationships with customers, negotiate effectively, and ensure all sales activity is accurately recorded within the company’s CRM and pricing systems.

Key responsibilities:
• Proactively contacting customers by phone and email to follow up on quotations and secure new business.
• Managing and updating CRM and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Building strong relationships with customers, key influencers, and decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and effectively handling objections by offering suitable solutions.
• Reviewing and amending quotations using the company’s bespoke pricing software in line with internal processes.
• Working towards and exceeding sales conversion targets.
• Supporting the Sales Office Manager with additional duties as required.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to achieve results.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• A reliable and self-motivated approach to work.
