TERMS OF AGREEMENT WITH WORK-SEEKERS FOR PERMANENT STAFF (TO BE DIRECTLY ENGAGED BY THE CLIENT) AND GDPR CONSENT FORM

Following our recent telephone conversation, meeting and/or correspondence we write to confirm how we will provide our recruitment services to you.

Just Recruitment Group Ltd will provide you permanent recruitment services that is to say we will act as an agency as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
You authorise Just Recruitment Group Ltd to seek work on your behalf.
You accept that Just Recruitment Group Ltd is not liable for any offer being retracted.

I consent to the Company processing the above personal data (and sensitive personal data where relevant) for the following purposes:
For the Company to provide me with work-finding services.
For the Company to process with or transfer my personal data to their client(s) in order to provide me with work-finding services.
For the Company to process my data on their database and associated systems in order to provide me with work-finding services.

I also consent to the Company carrying out all necessary enquiries to verify the information I have submitted on this Registration Form and submitted CV, including previous employment and academic information. I consent to the Company processing my personal data with third parties for the purposes of internal audits and investigations carried out on the Company to ensure that the Company is complying with all relevant laws and obligations.

If there has been no activity in relation to work finding services for 12 months, I acknowledge that my details will be deleted/destroyed (allowing for any statutory record keeping timescales).

I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by informing the Company that I wish to do so.

I hereby declare that the information given is full and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that it is my responsibility when discussing roles and vacancies which will be post-registration, to inform Just Recruitment Group Ltd of any medical condition which could affect my safety and others who work with me.
